- We may receive your details from the organiser of an event that we have both attended

What we do with the information we have
We use the information that you have given us in order to keep you informed about our services.
We will not share this information with other organisations unless you ask us to. If you are a customer, we may share this information with other organisations to the extent that it is necessary for us to fulfil our contractual obligations. For example, you might ask us to help you to arrange products or services for your business that we cannot provide ourselves.
We use Google Analytics and the cookies we use are ‘analytical’ cookies. They allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the site when they’re using it. This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example by making sure users are finding what they need easily.
We use ConvertKit to keep in touch with you if you have signed up to our newsletter. We can see what messages you have opened and what links you have clicked on.
We use WooCommerce to sell tickets to events. We receive information needed to process your booking and keep in touch with you about the event you are attending.
We use Stripe to take payments.
How we store your information
Your information is securely stored on our computers and systems in the UK. Information that you provide to us may also be backed up on the servers of our third-party back-up and data storage providers. If you would like details of our current data storage providers, please contact us.
We keep personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it. We will then dispose of your information by deleting it from our computers and systems.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
