- We may receive your details from the organiser of an event that we have both attended

What we do with the information we have
We use the information that you have given us in order to keep you informed about our services.
We will not share this information with other organisations unless you ask us to. If you are a customer, we may share this information with other organisations to the extent that it is necessary for us to fulfil our contractual obligations. For example, you might ask us to help you to arrange products or services for your business that we cannot provide ourselves.
We use Piwik and the cookies we use are ‘analytical’ cookies. They allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the site when they’re using it. This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example by making sure users are finding what they need easily.
We use ActiveCampaign to keep in touch with you if you have signed up to our newsletter. We can see what messages you have opened and what links you have clicked on.
We use MemberVault to provide resources and courses. We receive information needed to process your purchase and keep in touch with you about products you own.
We use Stripe to take payments.
We sometimes use affiliate links for goods, services, and events we have mentioned on this site. These links mean we will receive a payment from the company we direct you to, if you make a purchase. We only share affiliate links for companies which we buy from ourselves. The link has a special code which tells the company you are buying from that you went to their site from ours.
Affiliate links will be marked with an * and there will be a disclosure on the page you are reading saying that they are there.
How we store your information
Your information is securely stored on our computers and systems in the UK. Information that you provide to us may also be backed up on the servers of our third-party back-up and data storage providers. If you would like details of our current data storage providers, please contact us.
We keep personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it. We will then dispose of your information by deleting it from our computers and systems.
